My name is Quinn Little, a certified personal trainer (Can-Fit-Pro) with experience working with clients both online and in person. I have trained out of full gyms/studios, people’s homes and even with no equipment at all. I have worked with many types of clients from young athletes to seniors, from the newest exerciser learning the basics to the avid exerciser looking for a new perspective. I am passionate about fitness and I would love to share that passion with you!
